If you are seeking ways in and beyond our walls to Change the World
- Council for Faith in Action Meeting, Monday, January 6, 7:30-9pm – Change the world with UUCWC through our Council for Faith in Action. This quarterly meeting is open to everyone.
- Congregational Meeting, Sunday, January 12 – Calling all members of UUCWC! We need your presence for two important, timely congregational votes: 1. to ordain Ministerial Intern Lisa Schilansky. 2. to use reserve funds to hire a part time, short term Assistant Minister.
- Gender 101: Tuesday January 14th, 7:30-8:30pm online. Come join Intern Minister Lisa, in a space where your well-intentioned questions are welcomed. In this Question Box program, Lisa will provide support and information around the T in LGBT. See Weekly Announcements for details.
- People’s March national march in DC: Saturday January 18th, 10AM. UUs are among the thousands who are gathering in DC for the 2025 People’s March (formerly the Women’s March). If you would like to be connected to UUs attending, please email Intern Minister Lisa at intern@uucwc.org.
- Support Our First Food Drive this Year for The Chubby’s Project – UUCWC’s Food Ministry is starting the New Year with a food drive on three dates, January 19 and 26, and February 2, to support The Chubby’s Project, a community organization in Hopewell Borough. For more information, check the Weekly Announcements. The Food Ministry is grateful for your generous participation.
