For generations, Unitarian Universalism was known for our belief in the inherent worth and dignity of all people. But what happens when our experiences don’t match our beliefs? What happens when it feels like there are two sides to this world – of good and bad, worthy and unworthy? As we approach Thanksgiving with families that will support or challenge us, let’s challenge the unhelpful ideas that we’ve relied on for so long.
