The Finance Committee will contact Committee chairs via email during March to finalize their budget proposals for the 2025-26 fiscal year. This year we changed the timing of the budget process and asked for budget requests back in November.  These initial requests allowed the Board and Stewardship committees to set a realistic goal for our annual pledge drive. Now we need to finalize those budget numbers before we present our recommended budget to the board in May and to the congregation in June. We’ll provide chairs with the estimates we received in November and ask if any changes are needed.
