Requests for Donations to Organizations or Funding for Social Justice Projects

Any UUCWC group, member or friend may submit a proposal for financial support for a social justice project or for a donation to an organization or cause.

Requests will be evaluated at the Faith Expression and Funding Team’s (FEFT) first meeting after receipt.  If a project or donation has a specific deadline, please plan accordingly and contact a FEFT facilitator.  

Please note that there are separate portions of the form to fill out, one for a donation request, and the other for funding for a social justice project.
