Director of Music Ministry Erin Busch has arranged another incredible line-up of guest musicians and concerts for Fall/Winter 2023.
On September 24, hear soprano Mignot Toggia at Sunday Worship. Megnot graduated with her M.M. in Voice Performance from Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance. She has been seen in Opera Ithaca’s productions of Gianni Schicchi as La Ciesca, Hansel and Gretel as the Dew Fairy, and Le Nozze di Figaro as Barbarina, Temple University Opera Theater’s production of Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore as Adina, Monteverdi’s Il Ritorno d’Ulisse in patria as Minerva, and ENA Ensemble’s Fringe Festival production of Ganymede 5 as Rita.
On November 12, Daniel Espie joins us at Sunday services. Philadelphia-based pianist Daniel has been performing professionally for over fifteen years. Having received his MMus from the Royal Academy of Music (2017) and his BM from Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance (2013), Daniel has performed with large ensembles including the Ocean City Pops, Philadelphia Boys Choir, Temple University Wind Symphony, Percussion Ensemble, and New Music Ensemble, as well as smaller chamber groups including Philadelphia-based ENA Ensemble. Daniel is also active in the Philadelphia musical theater community.
December 17th brings saxophonist Chris Oatts to our worship services, and then, at noon, Chris Oatts will be joined by the South Philly Big Band for a holiday concert (suggested donation $15).
