It is with great pride that we share that Nathalie Edmond has been chosen to serve on the Unitarian Universalist Association’s Ministerial Fellowship Committee (MFC)! The MFC is an important and prestigious national committee that is pivotal in deciding who possesses the combination of skills and acumen to be a Unitarian Universalist (UU) minister.
This committee contains 6 lay leaders (3 of which are psychologists) and 8 ministers in full fellowship. The MFC is responsible not only for interviewing candidates for ministry, but reviewing and monitoring ministers early in their careers, as well as reviewing and monitoring the requirements and standards we set forth for our ministers to accomplish in order to be considered for ministry. It is also responsible for adjudicating disciplinary cases within the UU Ministers Association. We send all our gratitude, good wishes and confidence to Nathalie as she represents UUCWC in this endeavor!
