Each month, UUCWC celebrates a theme with opportunities for you to deepen your connection within, among and beyond our community.

December’s theme is the Practice of Story. Here are some ways to become a part of something larger this month:
If you are looking for deepening within, as you Celebrate Life
- Pathways: UUCWC’s 4 part Path to Membership begins January 30, 7:30-9pm. Reach out to Robin Pugh for more details.
- Vespers, January TBD, (multiplatform) this contemplative evening worship service is mirrored on the services of the Taize community. Through simple, meditative, hymns, poetry, silence, and opportunities for prayer, the congregation is led into moments of deep grounding and quieting the noise. Dessert potluck at 7pm followed by the service 7:30-8:30pm. Questions please reach out to Intern Minister Lisa.
On-Going opportunities to deepen within, as you Celebrate Life
- Breathe: the world needs you whole: a drop-in contemplative group with shared reflections and guided meditation. Each second Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm, led by Intern Minister Lisa Schilansky. Check weekly for Zoom info.
- Lectio Divina (Reading Poems Prayerfully), weekly on Thursdays, at 10:00am.
- Connect, Reflect, and Grow in a Monthly Small Group! You are invited to join a chalice circle at any time during the year. For more information, click here. Contact Robin Pugh at rpugh@uucwc.org.
