This virtual event will take place on Sunday, November 14 from 2:30-4:00 PM.
This excellent conference will feature three outstanding speakers:
- Prof. Rob Goldston is a Professor of Astrophysics, and Associated Faculty with the Program on Science and Global Security at Princeton University. He will present on “How to Avert the Coming Arms Race,” based on his recent article in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.
- Richard Moody is a former fighter pilot who served in the US Navy and the Royal Navy. He has undergone a transformation in his life and become an ardent peace activist with the Coalition for Peace Action (CFPA), as well as a practicing Quaker.
- Sister Simone Campbell served as the Executive Director of NETWORK, the advocacy arm of Roman Catholic nuns in the US, from 2004 until March 2021. She is a religious leader, attorney, and poet with extensive experience in public policy, and perhaps best known for her leadership in the “Nuns on the Bus” project.
