Your Board wants your ideas and priorities for UUCWC in the coming years. As we have largely accomplished the goals we set for ourselves in the last strategic plan, developed 10 years ago, it is time to take a new look at our future. 

The pandemic created both challenges and opportunities for us to change how we “do church.” We will soon be celebrating the completion of a long-planned capital project. The world we live in needs healing and hope. Taking into consideration these thoughts, we have prepared a brief survey to solicit your thoughts on what changes/improvements might help us better live our mission and values over the next few years. We will use your ideas to prepare a congregation-wide visioning workshop in November as a basis for a new strategic plan.
